About
Putting Brains First
My name is Ali. I am a neurobehavioral consultant, certified FASCETS neurobehavioral facilitator, certified autism specialist, and clinician. I am also a neurodivergent mother raising two neurodivergent children, which deeply informs both my personal and professional lens.
With over a decade of experience working alongside children, families, and systems, I specialize in brain-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches that prioritize understanding, regulation, and access to meaningful supports. My work includes parent coaching, educational advocacy, and professional consultation and training for agencies and organizations.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to putting brains first, recognizing behavior as communication and supporting caregivers and professionals in building environments that allow individuals to thrive.
I am currently based in Vermont and provide consultation to families and professionals within the state.
