I offer neurobehavioral, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming trainings for schools, agencies, organizations, and caregiver groups. Trainings are grounded in brain-based principles and designed to translate complex neurodevelopmental science into practical, sustainable supports.
Sessions are available in multiple formats, including:
FASCETS neurobehavioral trainings (1-hour overview, multi-hour, and multi-day formats)
Neurodiversity education (ADHD, ASD, anxiety, executive functioning, and regulation)
Team-based implementation support
Caregiver and foster/adoptive parent education
In addition to structured trainings, case-by-case consultation for schools and agencies is also available. This service supports teams in applying neurobehavioral principles to specific student or client situations, strengthening alignment, problem-solving, and capacity across systems.
Trainings are interactive, reflective, and implementation-focused. Participants leave with practical tools, language shifts, and a deeper understanding of how stress, capacity, and brain function impact behavior.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be available upon request depending on training format and audience.
Trainings and consultation services are offered virtually or in person (Vermont). Half-day and full-day rates are available. Please contact to discuss scope, audience size, and customization.
About
My name is Ali. I am a neurobehavioral consultant, certified FASCETS neurobehavioral facilitator, autism specialist, and clinician. I am also a neurodivergent mother raising two neurodivergent children, which deeply informs both my personal and professional lens.
With over a decade of experience working alongside children, families, and systems, I specialize in brain-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches that prioritize understanding, regulation, and access to meaningful supports. My work includes parent coaching, educational advocacy, and professional consultation and training for agencies and organizations.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to putting brains first, recognizing behavior as communication and supporting caregivers and professionals in building environments that allow individuals to thrive.
I am currently based in Vermont and provide consultation to families and professionals within the state.
